Snapped some pictures from the car.

This entire parcel's model could then be mirrored across W Gray. All in, that would be 3 additional high-rises. There's also likely enough space east and directly adjacent to the River Oaks Theatre. Musk could instead look to supply Texas Central with solar panels and electrical infrastructure and build charging stations around high speed rail stations. I there’s also a reasonable argument that inter-city high speed rail could even drive further adoption of EVs by eliminating the range anxiety factor for frequent Houston to Dallas travelers.

235 N Sampson St

https://houstonarchitecture.com/topic/56138-235-n-sampson-st/?do=findComment&comment=732564

The following map outlines the 235 N Sampson St parcel, along with the adjoining 0 Sampson St parcels.

The Michael E. DeBakey Veteran's Affairs Medical Center campus has a fountain front and center. How did I miss this?

The Woman's Hospital of Texas also has a campus fountain. Missed this one too.

The list, again. Now up to 11 fountains!

	1) Baylor College of Medicine Cullen Building
	2) Baylor College of Medicine Cullen Tower
	3) Gus S. And Lyndall F. Wortham Park
	4) Houston Methodist David A. Modesett Family Fountain
	5) MD Anderson Wortham Park And Levit Family Garden
	6) MD Anderson Dorothy Hudson Garden And LeRoy Melcher Jr. Fountain
	7) Memorial Hermann Wortham Waterway Fountain
	8) Michael E. DeBakey Veteran's Affairs Medical Center
	9) Texas Medical Center John P. McGovern Commons - The fountain was just decommissioned.
	10) The Woman's Hospital of Texas campus
	11) TMC Helix Park

Let MD Anderson buy this! They own tract, after tract in the Mid Campus. I wonder how many offers the owner has received over the years.

I asked a resident a year ago. The owner of the complex died last year. I wonder if the place went downhill after the owner died?

The vacant land is located at 1015 Lyndon Street. What is weird about this tract of land is there is a garden-style apartment complex in the middle of the two MD Anderson parcels. They can't do anything here because it's too small.

If the apartment owner sells to MD Anderson, then MDA can build here. Probably just waiting in out until they can acquire the land.

Note, there are lots of different MD Anderson parcels in the immediate other. I searched HAIF and could not locate this exact parcel. Not to be confused with the parking lot that's under construction 2 doors down.

The vacant parcel is fenced with a tan screen.

Inside the fence is staging equipment for their new surface parking lot.

Weirdly, stakes with pink flags are in the ground. Shouldn't mean much. Probably old.

Not to be confused with the Houston Methodist Centennial Tower staging lot next door. The HM lot has a difference screen too, it's gray in color and not tan.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s Main Campus At 2727 W.
