Course Highlights
• Develop leadership skills which enable youth to become positive role models for their peers
• Increase mental clarity, focus and concentration
• Release negative emotional and behavioral patterns
• Retain emotional balance in frustrating situations.
• Discover their unique gifts and talents
Skills learned
• Physical: Stretching, Yoga
• Specific breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, meditation
• Social: Problem solving skills, development of social skills, leadership training, games, group
dynamics, creative projects and service projects
1.Children need to wear loose comfortable clothing that they can stretch and play.
2. They need to bring a water bottle, yoga mat and a blanket.
2. All sessions are mandatory to attend.

Join us at our holiday Meet N’ Greet
benefiting Fishes and Loaves – a local homeless shelter
and Homeless Pet Placement League.
Most of us get to be home for the Holidays
so let’s make sure everyone gets to feel a bit of that magic.

Some of the suggested donations to bring are:
Fishes & Loaves:
Canned food
Dried food
Peanut butter
Juices or canned fruits
Blankets & clothing

Homeless Pet Placement League:
Dried cat & dog food
Puppy & kitten milk replacement formula
Paper towels
Cat litter
Bath mats and towels
We’ll be joining the green fairy – absinthe for a bit of holiday cheer in the Montrose area at Absinthe Lounge. There is a full bar and menu.
