Mind & Meditation Seminar, is a free community service initiative by The Art of Living Foundation that aims at creating more awareness about a healthy and

stress-free way of life.

Come and learn some simple yet powerful breathing-techniques, experience a guided meditation, learn about different sources of energy and the tendencies of

your mind – all of which will dissolve your stress and leave you with a smile! This one hour seminar, which is an introduction to the Art of Living workshop,

will explore the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection, and how we can consciously use our breath to:

* to manage our emotions

* release stress and bring clarity to the mind

* live in the present moment

* live a healthier and happier life
