You do NOT have to participate in the auction (no pressure). Just come out and have a good time, if you choose. However, you might see something that you really need so come prepared, just in case!
This is a Silent Auction and Birthday Celebration for Mark Danna
Many of you know Mark - and, if you don't, please come and meet him - he has been a BCOer for many, many years. Last April, Mark was diagnosed with ALS/Lou Gehrig's Disease. This disease robs a person of their ability to function on their own without assistance. Within a year, after diagnosis, Mark is in a wheelchair without the use of his right arm. As happens, this disease was not expected and Mark was not prepared, financially. We are coming together to help one of our wonderful BCOers out with future medical costs and to celebrate his birthday.
The fundraiser will be held at Rebels (last year's BCO Birthday Bash was held there). There is a large parking lot (FREE) and you can also park on the street (I believe it's free on Sundays unless otherwise indicated). We will have food trucks (TBD) out front and beverages should be purchased at the bar.
