We'll be getting wet in the cool, spring-fed waters of 288 Lakes, easy access off 288 and South Sam Houston Tollway. Plan on learning all about this awesome new sport that has everyone raving. It's a
full body workout, but so much fun you won't even notice you are working out! This is a rare opportunity to try a board out for a very low price.
Cost:
Everyone MUST bring cash.
Everyone pays $12 for entrance to 288 Lakes
BCO Members only $12 for board rental and instruction!
NON-Members $20.00 for board rental and instruction
We'll have boards, instructors, and some extra kayaks along to play on, FUN! Follow the white and green Bayou City Outdoors signs after you pay your entry fee at 288 Lakes. We will have a plethora of boards & boats so everyone will get plenty of water time.
Please RSVP, so we have the correct number of boards and instructors.

Inclement Weather:
The event will only be canceled in the event of thunderstorms with lightning. Weather will be continually assessed throughout the morning and a final determination will be made at noon. Should there be a reason to cancel, an email will be sent to participants.
