Houston Wildflower Hike

Houston Wildflower Hike

March 25, 2018

Meet time: 8:45 am, Leave time 9:00 am - end time 10:30

Meet at T.C. Jester Park

4201 T C Jester Blvd, Houston, TX 77018

Winter showers (downpours) are bringing some serious Wildflower Viewing to the Heart of Houston.

The Annual Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Planting Tribute began in the year 2007 with native wildflowers and being planted in mass.  The T.C. Jester Park & White Oak Bayou are in full bloom.  Join us for an hour and a half hike/meander as we check out the amazing wildflower landscape along the banks of White Oak.

We will gather next to White Oak Bayou and the trail.  Look for the white and green BCO signs and the crowd!

Parking  - some parking in the City Of Houston lot in front of the dog park and pool area.
