BCO Graffiti Art & Bike Ride

BCO Graffiti Art & Bike Ride

November 10, 2018 – Meet 1:45 PM, ride from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

El Tiempo Navigation

2814 Navigation Blvd

Houston, TX 77003

Have you checked out the outdoor artwork adorning the city these days?

Graffiti has moved from outlaw to street art, and some of the top artists and newcomers are spraying it up, right here in Houston. We’ll be riding around H-town while checking out some of the more prominent and promising graphics to be seen.

Most of the ride today is on the streets of Houston, so DON’T forget your helmet – if you do, we will have a few to lend.

Want to preview some of the art we will be seeing? Check out http://www.gulfcoastgraffiti.com .

Meet at 1:45 PM in the gravel parking lot of El Tiempo, and we will ride out from there. Grab lunch if you get there early, we will hang out after the ride and enjoy the libations and tasty Mexican food.   From El Tiempo, we’re going to ride east and check out all the Harrisburg trails and on to Braes Bayou trails. We’ll wind our way back to Navigation around 5:00 to hang out and chat!

No bike? No worries!

You can pick up a bike from Bike Barn (http://bikebarn.com) who has a great rental shop at their Bayou Rental shop 105 Sabine St. Houston, Texas 77007 on Buffalo Bayou at Hidden Lake.

Or, find a B-Cycle kiosk around town. Check the map and info here: http://houston.bcycle.com
