This weekend, beginning 10 PM, Friday, May 23 until 5 AM, Monday, May 26, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contractor, Williams Brothers Construction, will close the northbound and southbound mainlanes of Beltway 8 between Memorial and Westview to continue demolition activities in the area. Motorists will be detoured to the respective frontage roads and law enforcement will be stationed throughout the area to facilitate the movement of traffic.
