Hiking is great exercise, and you don’t have to drive outside of the cityto find great trails. There are flat trails, hills, woods and water on thishike along a section of Houston’sBuffalo Bayou. We will maintain an easy to moderate pace, with snack &water stops (bring your own), bat viewing and art & sculpture viewing.
We meet at Cleveland Park on the north side ofMemorial Dr.,there is a foot-walkway over Memorial here. The hike will start here and then we head towards downtown on the northside of the bayou. There should be parking along the park and street forfree.
At the end of the hike you will have worked hard, made new friends anddiscovered all sorts of secret Houstonhideaways along the Buffalo Bayou in this Bayou city!
