Get out of the heat and up a wall! Take advantage of one of Houston's indoor rockgyms and you'll be enjoying an excellent total body workout, as well as a greatstress reliever. You don't have to have a great deal of strength, endurance, orskill to learn the sport. Come join us for climbing tips, ideas on where toclimb and the best equipment to get you out the door and up the rocks!
