Included in the most recent leasing brochure for 1111 Westheimer is a rendering of the former Tower Theater at 1201 Westheimer. The rendering shows what the facade (facing Mt. Vernon St) will look once renovations are completed.

As noted in the site plan a few posts up, a potential tenant has signed a letter of intent for Suite G. Also, Suite H, the unit further to the right, is now leased. Nando's is opening in the unit, as noted in the TDLR filing on page 11 of the forum.
The page also shows leases are executed for Suites D-F. A pilates and yoga studio are indicated as leased.
Back in April, Houston Chronicle reported on a yoga and pilates studio coming to the 1111 Westheimer development: However, the name of the businesses were not disclosed:
