The photos were posted to Instagram in December by Renfrow+Co. From the Instagram post: "Hanover Autry Park is a new luxury high rise apartment complex in Houston. Within the complex lies Autry Park, a 14 acre heritage park slated for future community events and retail use. It is placing rebar in the bottom of the excavation. It is just the style of support they choose to use. The Post Oak tower did the same. Most seem to use pilings. Probably based on geotech data and costs.
