  1. although i'm a little shocked to see our esteemed editor's negative rant about houstonians in general, it did provoke thoughts i hadn't considered; thoughts that add nothing to the discussion of this thread, however. if red, of all people, should choose to leave over a conversation or even an insult........that's funny as hell. ironic. editor is entitled to his opinion. if a forum (discussion board) is in and of itself about differing opinions, agreeing & disagreeing, i see no harm in the owner of the site blowing some smoke. ....and about the entertainment industry, NOT IN MY BACK YARD!

  11. looking for a free initial consultation concerning a twelve acre tract in montgomery, tx. project to include several building stages for a church campus. prefer firm or architect familiar with the prairie style, craftsman, mountain resort and modern. location is among old growth hardwoods, hills and the historic danville road. the wagon trail cuts through a portion of the property. any information or input concerning finding the right architect or projects of this type is greatly appreciated.
  12. i'm considering this for two properties as well. i'm not familiar with the process and am concerning about the buffing process...will i have to move all the furniture? these properties have carpet that needs to be replaced and i don't know if laminate floors will be cost effective. would a concrete treatment be worthwhile? looking forward to responses! thanks,
