I just noticed today a billboard about a new development in the same area with a mixed development, didn't get much time to see it as traffic was heavy. It appears to have more built around the "lakes" and it seemed like a pretty large area that was planned. You could see the billboard going down McCue Road at Hidalgo. I'll try to get a picture tomorrow when I go in to work

okay so when i said "large"...I meant somewhat small scale. I started a new post since it appears to be a different development Lakes on Post Oak Retail

Drove by a sign today at the Lakes on Post Oak complex near Hidalgo and McCue (across the street from Nordstroms). It appears from the site plan that they are going to place retail into the existing parking garage and and some surrounding the part next to Hidalgo...what do you guys think of the renderings?...and on a sidenote the sign said it was being done by Hermes Architects, but couldn't find anything on their site about this.

I was hoping someone would have some pictures of the galleria from back in the day...at 21 I don't really have much of a memory of how it used to be except for the connecting area between galleria 1 and 2 with the seventies-lookin light fixtures.

Is this place finished? Their website doesn't have images of it, just a 3d rendering.

This has been open for quite a time now. I believe they started renting out apartments around November of last year.
