    Hey whats up everyone just moved to Houston this past Saturday an loving it.!!! Moved right over by the Galleria off San Felipe still trying to explore the uptown/galleria area let alone this big ass city Went to the Galleria its changed a lot since I was there last year all those sparkling new stores. Just so hyped to finally have moved here. Does Houston have any techno radio stations.

    He Couldnt handle the payments he only paid 6.5 Million for a Home that is obvious worth much more an now is trying to turn a mega profit on it!

    Hmmm would rather have some new store come in town but maybe they will intergrat outdoor shopping who knows I hope they just tear the Macys Down an start fresh instead of trying to convert the building. Do you think they'll tear that whole wing down?

    Macy's is in that wierd as location in Galleria 3 on the other side of Saks with Coach right? Wonder if Coach an the other stores over there will close or hopefully they will put a Bloomingdales or a Barneys(mmmm) over there rather have another anchor instead of Apts. Anyone know the lineup for L&T since its being converted to smaller stores

    Wow Sorry to hear that I was actaully look at those Im surprised that a upscale complex would have problems like that. Is the Heights not quite tamed yet crime/development wise

    What is Blvd Place?? do they have a website. I could understand OKC in Dallas trading area but I had no idea all those cities were in there's Ive heard a lot of wealthy Mexicans an Latins travel to shop in Houston that is one of the reasons Herrera chose Houston so I guess that would be Houston trade area or is there others?

    Those Bastards are getting a Tod's damn them errrr(Shaking fist) lmao just kidding well I guess we got one up with an exclusive on Dior an I guess Plano stole the D&G we lost(but Houston had it first in the nation) but its all good cause we got some bomb ass shopping in Texas! :-) Anyone else embelish on this thanks for the response laguy

    I just have this question since I want to get into retail professionally ...Why is it that Dallas seems to have more upscale shopping centers, Northpark,Highland Park, Galleria, and Willowbend in Plano all of them tote highend designer labels at these centers. Houston has the Galleria it seems to just have the monopoly powerhouse of luxe in Houston. Highland Village,Rice Village,Uptown Park all are nice an have boutiques but nonsport major designer labels at their centers. Disclaimer: I'm not trying to be vain or shallow. Lets keep this clean an dignified I want legit answers/response since Ive seen what happened in the "Is Dallas newer than Houston" thread I hope this goes well

    Whoa!! Didnt know the D an the H had this much drama I'd be happy just to be in Texas lol I've noticed a different landscape between Houston an Dallas since who ever brought up the pastures...Outside Dallas looks like the sterotypical wild west like you could imagine amaridillos an ranches running around but Houston is just so wooded it s almost suspicious lol(not knocking the H since im moving there)

    I like it but its like they are cheating with that huge spire on top just so they can be the tallest at one angel it looks like the John Handcock center height with that dumb spire on top

    Its July's nothing that good to be honest just local glitterati the usual Thrash,Wyatt,Sarofirm,Holdstead I read it had a few good pics. Nevertheless nice publicity for Houston hopefully the Wallpaper navigator for august (features Houston) will be more interesting

    Just wondering do they still have homes in Houston or was it just for the Oil Boom times. Same thing with Yassir Arafats son. Located on three acres at 1000 Kirby Drive, the property was built in the mid-1980s for Prince Abdul Faisal of Saudi Arabia. The home has nine bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, servants' quarters and a pool with a cabana, kitchen and dressing areas.

    What is with neighborhoods in Houston particularly former suburban ones going downhill is it part of the no zoning thing or what? ( I thought ur values were suppose to go up) I just dont quite understand it.

    When I was last in Houston I went to Jersey Village area of 1960 it went from that pawnshop look to verynice upscale around Champions with those stucco looking shopping centers with Gap an Bed Bath Beyond Palalis Royal(not sure what it is) even say a Rolls Royce parked in front of a Jasons Deli
