  2. I'm researching a building that was demolished to make way for TECO's expansion. In 2006, the Texas Medical Center Hospital Laundry Cooperative Association was demolished. The website Open Corporates indicates that the Texas Medical Center Hospital Laundry Cooperative Association was formed on April 30, 1971. A few old business listings such as Yelp still lists the old address of 1601 Braeswood Blvd. I can't find any pictures of the old building. I don't think much people would be interested in a laundry facility Anyone have any insight?
  3. Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital Announces $71.8 Million Campus Expansion Project https://www.memorialhermann.org/about-us/newsroom/press-releases/cypress-hospital-announces-campus-expansion-project HOUSTON (July 28, 2022) As the dynamic Cypress area continues to grow, Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital is expanding to accommodate the community. The hospital has announced a $71.8 million expansion project which will add 40 beds, a second professional office building, a parking garage and additional surface parking. These expansions will bring an additional 185,000 square feet and over 500 parking spaces to the Memorial Hermann Cypress campus. In addition, Memorial Hermann Sports Park-Cypress will be a new sports medicine and human performance facility opening on the hospital campus. The facility is a collaboration between Memorial Hermann, Athlete Training and Health (ATH) and UT Physicians Orthopedics to provide a full range of medical care and athletic training for professional athletes, youth athletes and adults with orthopedic injuries.

  6. Surprised we didn't have a thread for this. Serves the areas of Angleton, Danbury, Rosharon and the surrounding areas and is the first trauma designated facility in Brazoria County. The campus is located at 132 East Hospital Drive. https://www.utmb.edu/utmbhealth/locations/hospitals-campuses/angleton-danbury-campus
  7. The Cabochon at River Oaks will undergo an expansion. I was told it will be 2 levels of residences on top of a 1 story garage. Plans might change of course. I'd say a 3-story expansion is a little small to match the existing high-rise.
  8. I noticed we don't have a thread for the small retail strip center near 610 at Beechnut. Arc Three Studio has an office here. Loopnet listing: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/4660-Beechnut-St-Houston-TX/11995478/
  9. Oden Hughes/OHT Partners is developing a new apartment building in The Heights at 333 W. 24th Street. A Plan Review permit was pulled yesterday.
