  1. Staging area for The Revere At River Oaks? Another idea is 2406 Mimosa Terrace, formerly Revere Park At River Oaks.
  2. Noticed a plan review permit this morning. Might be a very small apartment building. Definitely will take out some old 1960 buildings. We will see if this turns into anything big.

  9. Tower crane 1 is up at the Mixed-Use garage. The base for tower crane 2 has been installed. Glass facade starting to be installed on the ground floor of Collaborative Building. 2nd floor for the Industry Building 1.
  10. The brick wall a long Pressler street is in the shape of DNA helix. This is awesome!! Any relation to TMC3? I wasn't aware they did this.

According to plans, the 30-story building—with a rooftop helipad—will include about 1 million square feet and cost more than $920 million. The facility will include operating rooms, two floors of intensive care units, imaging rooms, a pharmacy and several floors of universal and general care.
