    Read an article in TMC: Pulse about this project. I'd have to crop the pages in order to post it. Believe it was the May 2018 issue. Wonder if these billion dollar TMC projects will increase the value of home real estate 5 miles away

    Was just hanging out on top of BLVD Place.. 5th floor garage. Don't know how this will work. The movie attendance might be slow during summer season. The sun is melting up there.

    What's the history of this thread? It was originally placed in "Going Up" but since removed and placed in "General Houston Discussions" instead? Vote approved for downtown. Edit: The W proposal for Uptown (Either BLVD Place or High Street.) Designed by Heights Venture Architects.

    One thing about the downtown vs. uptown discussion is the homeless situation. Huge difference between those two districts. I’d say Uptown has a cleaner presence in general. I know this subject is highly controversial. That, I mean the homeless situation. Caydon will be facing this in a year. Some parts of Main Street are just trashy. No offense.

    They won’t be adding another parking garage simply for the upcoming ground floor restaurant right? Seems a bit overkill. For some reason I can’t see this being the Phase II hotel. No publicity as is a bit concerning. No renderings as well. I’m sure Phase II would spark some news articles or press releases

    Does that mean that portion of The Boulevard Project has the be completed before this gets off the ground?

    Drove on the new ramp today. You can clearly see both the TMC and CBD skylines. Must be up really high!

    Went to a TMC public garage this morning. Walked around for an hour. Finally saw the new hospital. Methodist has a nice cluster of buildings in the TMC

    I always get sidetracked when going up S. Main towards Midtown. I stop at all the TMC projects first which takes an hour. Probably heading toward Caydon here shortly.
