After 22 years in 2 Greenway Plaza, T-Mobile US Inc. (Nasdaq: TMUS) has signed on to be the anchor tenant for a 17-story tower about a mile away. The Bellevue, Washington-based wireless company inked a long-term, 29,142-square-foot lease at 4126 Southwest Freeway, according to a press release from Toronto-based Avison Young. T-Mobile will occupy three-and-a-half floors of the building, which will change its name from River Oaks Tower to T-Mobile Tower. https://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2018/07/10/greenway-plaza-area-building-to-be-renamed-t.html
