  1. After 22 years in 2 Greenway Plaza, T-Mobile US Inc. (Nasdaq: TMUS) has signed on to be the anchor tenant for a 17-story tower about a mile away. The Bellevue, Washington-based wireless company inked a long-term, 29,142-square-foot lease at 4126 Southwest Freeway, according to a press release from Toronto-based Avison Young. T-Mobile will occupy three-and-a-half floors of the building, which will change its name from River Oaks Tower to T-Mobile Tower. https://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2018/07/10/greenway-plaza-area-building-to-be-renamed-t.html
  2. I was wrong for two months! Site looks to be located behind Hanover River Oaks, not across the street where I was taking previous photos.

  4. The Uni-ball Signo UM-151 Gel Pens are handling extremely well. I'm liking all the offsets of black. Blue-Black, Bordeaux-Black, Brown-Black, Lavender-Black, Green-Black, etc. https://www.jetpens.com/Uni-ball-Signo-UM-151-Gel-Pens/ct/286
  5. Is it just me or does this look like the Latitude Med Center? Same architect perhaps?
  6. Per last week's Deal Sheet. Rick Williams, co-founder of Texas Direct Auto, has entered into a lease/purchase agreement for a 7.74-acre tract on Southwest Freeway between Rookin Street and Tarnef Drive that was the former location of a Southwest Lincoln Mercury Automobile dealership. Colliers International’s Bill Byrd and Marshall Clinkscales represented property owner Hillcroft & Rookin Properties LLC, and Jon Stautberg represented Williams. https://www.bisnow.com/houston/news/deal-sheet/this-weeks-houston-deal-sheet-90506
