BLVD Place Mixed-Use: 1700 Post Oak Blvd.
Highrise Tower replied to Subdude's topic in Uptown and Galleria Area
What's up with the WF Post Oak men's bathroom? The automatic napkin dispenser has been broken for 6 months! I was told it was the custodial company who would be fixing it. Does a $300 automatic dispenser really break the budget? Someone is slacking, or somebody doesn't want to pay -

Just drove by. What's on the project fence? Photos of everything the Kinders have done in regards to their donations? -
Messaged Mr. Scott McClelland about a ribbon cutting. It appears they are not going to have a opening ceremony party like Central Market did. All I hear is "6:00 AM is the grand opening". I doubt they're having a ribbon cutting party at 6:00 AM. Maybe H-E-B execs and the media are having their party the day prior? Not a public event. Received this in the mail.

Weslayan Plaza: Retail Center At 5586 Weslayan St.
Highrise Tower posted a topic in Houston Enclaves
Weslayan Plaza announcement: Goodbye Chuck E., hello Torchy http://www.instantnewsbellaire.com/weslayan-plaza-announcement-goodbye-chuck-e-hello-torchy/ Weslayan Plaza is going to lose a longtime family favorite, Chuck E. Cheese, but gain an outlet of the growing Torchy’s Taco chain, Instant News learned Monday (May 21). A spokeswoman for Regency Centers said Torchy’s is poised to open in the east section of the plaza in summer of 2019. There was no immediate word about whether Chuck E. Cheese will relocate in the Bellaire-West U-southwest Houston area, but InstantNews has contacted the chain’s corporate media relations department for a comment. UPDATE: A Chuck E. Cheese rep says the company will have no comment at this time, but Regency Centers has said the restaurant will close in September. Torchy’s began in Austin. Its menu of non-traditional taco combinations and sides for breakfast, lunch and dinner has expanded successfully into 11 Texas cities, with 14 locations in the Houston area alone, including one in Rice Village. The chain also has multiple locations in Oklahoma and Colorado. The new Torchy’s will be just a few doors down from the 30-year-old Weslayan Plaza family mainstay, Skeeter’s, which features tacos and other Tex-Mex and southwestern specialties but offers a broader menu.- 28 replies

The specialty trees were transplanted this week right? Went to WF Post Oak today and saw a bunch of newly planted trees with guards around them. Hope I'm not wrong!

Writing Utensils (Pens, Pencils, etc.)
Highrise Tower replied to Highrise Tower's topic in Off Topic
I'd like to buy my first fountain pen. Don't need a luxury $300 pen, but something to start. Believe the Pilots and others are $30 - $60. They're so pretty! Well.. the array of color inks you can get. Classy writing -
A tractor crew was there today. Before I could take a photo the tractor was loaded back up onto the truck.

Whenever I make an image-filled posting, I get this stalled "Saving...." message. My post never actually submits and processes.
