There's no major gym in Midtown/ Museum district/ Montrose/ 3rd ward/ Eado. There's a Lifetime in downtown but.....very expensive. There's also an EOS fitness on Allen parkway but its very out of the way for a lot of people in the areas I mentioned. Plus, the whole point of having these urban/ walkable areas is to be able to walk to everyday essentials. Great news! Amlaham
The gym space will now become an LA Fitness! It could either be their signature club or just a regular club. LA Signature clubs are way nicer, but since there is already a signature club not too far on Richmond, I'm assuming this will be a regular club. Either way, a win.

The bowls feature a mix of grilled meat, vegetable and grain options that can be paired with house-made hummus, sauces and dressing. Many of the dishes incorporate Indian ingredients, some sourced from local farmers. The restaurant is located in the space formerly occupied by the French restaurant Artisans. It wil join a bevy of other Midtown restaurants located in the interaction of Louisiana and Elgin including Jinya Ramen Bar, Gen Korean BBQ and Piola’s.

It could either be their signature club or just a regular club. LA Signature clubs are way nicer, but since there is already a signature club not too far on Richmond, I'm assuming this will be a regular club. Either way, a win.
