Slick Vik Posted January 30, 2014 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Don't get your hopes up, this will NEVER get finished. Maybe partially built at best. The money just isn't there. No rich donors have come to the forefront to get it built. Nobody even knows how much they are building right now, I would be pleasantly surprised if one building got finished.
