Property in question is actually a couple blocks north of Washington Ave, just off Shepherd. Block has Shepherd frontage but the lot does not. Just looking at a business plan for an existing building and want to make sure the rent on the lease will be sufficient (incl. lot appreciation) to keep the landowner from booting them out a couple years from now and selling the lot at land value.
