HtownWxBoy Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 With the explosion of construction of new suburban neighborhoods out near Fairfield and beyond (they have added 4+ high schools in 2 years), 290 will be the worst freeway in Houston for the next decade... traffic planners should have stepped up to the plate years ago.
