They just poured a large slab but no signs yetAt first I thought it was a Hibernia Bank based on the flyer below, but I think that's just the Capital One Bank that's already there. Capital One was bought by Hibernia recently. However, another interesting thing on this flyer is it shows what I believe to be a TGIF Fridays as an Olive Garden... I wonder why.http://www.loopnet.com/Attachments/D/A/B/D...986B129DBCF.pdf Edited September 10, 2008 by jimcas

From my understanding Steak n Shake originally owned property on 290 & Spring Cypress to build their first location then "traded" it for the 1960 location. I wonder if the success of that store has them opening another?
bredo
I emailed Steak 'n Shake corporate a year ago about the 290/Spring Cypress location. It had been on the plan for almost 2 years and I was curious if it was still going to be built (I'm from the Indy area and miss the milk shakes). The response I got was that they would likely opt out of that location and focus on the 290/1960 area. As you know, a Steak and Shake opened on 1960 earlier this year. I would certainly welcome a SNS at that area, but I was led to believe that wasn't going to happen.
