hindesky
Tried to get a night shot with my drone but it doesn't do nighttime photography and warned me when I took off that it doesn't. I could see the neighbors complaining about how bright it is. 1X 2X

Bassclef
I like the lighting but it does seem to be bright. There was some cool blue and green lighting on a medical office building in the theater district. I wonder if it’s still on. Popular Post cityliving
I like the lighting on the building better as the sun starts to set, the lighting gets too intense as it gets darker.

Named Maven / Maven Coffee Co., the coffee shop and cafe will be located in the lobby of the hotel. It's one of several food and beverage options opening in the hotel. The coffee shop is from Houston Astros pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. and Juan Carlos Martinez de Aldecoa (Eximus Coffee). Located in The Allen mixed-use development, Maven aims to open in November (at least that's what's indicated on Maven's website and social media). Building permits lists the address for Maven as 1711 Allen Parkway Floor 1. However, the address on Thompson Houston's website lists 1701 Allen Parkway. https://www.chron.com/food/article/astros-mccullers-coffee-cocktails-18257984.php https://mavencoffeecompany.com https://www.instagram.com/mavenhouston/ And the rendering was also shared here in July... 👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿 https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/haif/topic/20277-the-allen-mixed-use-development-at-allen-parkway-gillette-st/?do=findComment&comment=684921 On 7/29/2023 at 6:41 AM, IntheKnowHouston said: Below is a rendering of Maven's forthcoming brick-and-mortar location at Thompson Houston / The Thompson.
