marmer
Perhaps too easy, but one of my faves.

marmer
They cater to a "higher" class of people than they do here. SchwinnChopper's got it, but I'd be willing to see someone post the actual name of the city.
Highway6
Do you two at least have a continent that you might be weaker at? I think that's my new goal for next time i'm up - find someplace that you two don't know.

UrbaNerd
Yeah, too easy. Time for a stroll canal-side while wearing wooden clogs and enjoying the tulips in bloom.

marmer
We've moved on, but since the name was never mentioned I thought I'd go ahead and say it's Amsterdam. The first picture was of the Whale housing development and the so-called Python Bridge on the Ij River waterfront. The various apartments with cantilevered balconies or rooms are by MVRDV, a major architectural firm in The Netherlands. The green ship-looking building is Renzo Piano's NeMo museum. The giant multicolored box is the waterfront Silodam housing development. The spaceship on stilts is the ING Center, which is a major insurance company, the Chinese restaurant is the Sea Palace, which is actually floating in the water, the curvy building is the Architecture Center, and the metal-clad building with "dents" is a design school.
