IronTiger
I'm frankly surprised that there is no longer any Orange Julius stores in Houston anymore, it being the large city it is.Dairy Queen International seems to have closed the DQ/Orange Julius in West Oaks Mall, but, looking at other places, DQ seems to pick the worst places for DQ/Orange Julius stands. Were you aware of this closing?
Highway6
Were you aware of this closing?Wasn't even aware of it existing. Not sure why you're surprised.. they've barely ever had a presence in Texas according to their website. And why should they, their parent company DQ has more stores in Texas than any other state. A fruit stand only found in mall food courts.. No big deal. No big loss. IronTiger
Eh, you're probably right. It was a "flagship drink" though. The fact that nearly every mall had 'em until they started closing en masse in the early 1990s makes it a bit disheartening.
