When I was up there over a year ago they also had a sign about serving Zweigle's White Hots from Rochester. That's been over a year and they don't have them listed on the menu online, though.Dougie Dogs in the Woodlands 'imports' Hofmann's Snappys and Frank's from Syracuse and has them on the menu at one place up on Sawdust. The Polish grocery store on Blalock and the Russian General Store on Hillcroft both have some frankfurter selections you won't find at your neighborhood grocery store - all veal dogs, huge, and a 'milk' dog at RGS that was very different. It was white, kind of pasty exterior, tasted like a hot dog with cottage cheese on top instead of American or Cheddar. Both stores get their meats from Andy's or Bobak's of Chicago, I think.
