wilcal
I looked up Anton Paar, and they have an office/warehouse just south of IAH. They make laboratory equipment. Says they are one of the leaders in CO2 detection.
TXK
Their space up on World Houston isn't terribly large (used to work next door) so maybe they're expanding their space and team in Houston to support all of the oil/chemicals/plastics/medical/etc industries in town? They carry a ton of different instruments and just acquired another company in the space last year. Cool to see a more industrial-focused business move towards the center of town instead of the outskirts.

Cool to see a more industrial-focused business move towards the center of town instead of the outskirts. Going from about 7.5k sq ft to roughly 30k sq ft will be nice! Expanding the space for everything, offices, demo lab space, training space, etc. Anton Paar has grown at a pace of a little more then 10% per year and plans to continue to. You pick and industry and Anton Paar is in it. The petrochemical industry is one of the largest industries for the company in this area, along with beverages, universities, really just about anything that is doing R&D, testing or QC on liquids, semi solids and solids. Moving to the outskirts is common, but Anton Paar wanted to put up something in a little more premium location that is more central to employees and customers. Hopefully the development builds out and offers plenty of walkability as well.

Popular Post Arbor Street
Went to my lil cousin's graduation a few weeks ago and had time to kill afterwards, so I went around the city and looked at some sites. Took this (excuse the shitty quality, phone) on the top floor of one of the buildings. Can't remember which it was but after looking through the thread, I think it might be the Astorian. Tried my best to climb the 45 degree block structure off of one of the trails but it was too steep 😅. Trail was nice, only gripe was that I wish it was just a bit closer to the fence so I could see the bayou without having to step into the bushes. As another person said, this is surprisingly open for an unfinished project. Edit: I see why yall use imgur. Changed from site upload to imgur link. wont let me embed for some reason https://imgur.com/a/Yit2WJU Edited June 1 by Arbor Street Didn't realize my photo would be that compressed when uploading through the site.
