UtterlyUrban
I spoke with one of Hines executives on Christmas day. He said they are definitely going to build this! That is terrific to hear.I guess the question would be "when"..... Will in start in a month? Six months? Or 2 years? Sooner would be great and I expect that Hines is looking at a number of factors (including the price of oil, local economy, construction labor rates, etc) before they decide to pull the trigger. bobruss
He seemed to think it would be soon.I took his answer to be this quarter. I wanted to ask him about the Montrose project we have been discussing but felt I had cornered him and he was a guest at our party so I didn't go farther.
Avossos
We have got a lot of confirmation recently on this project. I would calm down on when the groundbreaking is... It will be soon
por favor gracias
We have got a lot of confirmation recently on this project. I would calm down on when the groundbreaking is... It will be soon  You're probably right. I can speak for myself, but I do think that this is one of the most anticipated projects "soon to go up," and some of us are perhaps a little overly excited.

downtownian
The project I was most looking forward to.  Razzle Dazzle. This is the project I was second most looking forward to (the 1111 Rusk renovation was / is my first). I love all residential downtown but this is so completely superior to the 40-story Market Square tower.
