BEES?!
That is a seriously nice design. I like how they tied it in with the other buildings. So will they be connected up? 11 minutes ago, kennyc05 said: 3 new residential towers will be going up on San Felipe at the same time 😁 Let’s see, this one, The Hawthorne, and what is the other one?

jmitch94
All three for retired aged people right? Super excited about this tower. Now we just need some of those empty/underdeveloped lots to see some love. Edited September 1, 2021 by jmitch94

Popular Post Paco Jones
The Hallmark Project is a 488,000 SF, 34-story new construction high rise residential tower to be located at 4718 Hallmark Drive. Twinsanity02
4718 Hallamrk places it near the Wille G's seafood restaurant, correct? Confused because the plat places it in a location which should have a higher address number than 4718. gene
sort of close (the old location but also very close to the new location..) it's where The Hallmark currently stands: https://thehallmark.org/
arche_757
Wow! Did they really provide a realistic estimate on costs? Developers always try to skimp on the fees to the city, can’t believe it’s listed as $150,000,000! Of course, maybe that cost is yesterdays $30,000,000?! 🤷♂️ Maybe I’ve just missed these on here (don’t think so - not entirely) because I’m actually dumbfounded that the cost is listed so high.
