nativehoustonion
Cannot wait to see the rate of occupancy. I have properties off Mimosa and had to lower the rent because of these new properties. They offer free rent and other amenities. I still have one not leased. Thinking of selling next year. j_cuevas713
So glad these will be done before the Super Bowl. The design fits in so perfect with downtown.
EllenOlenska
As I've said before I love that Church's design. I'd love to see the view of the bell tower from the uppermost apartment.
hindesky
Tower crane will be coming down this weekend. Jefferson St will be closed between Caroline and San Jacinto.

Popular Post hindesky
They only needed 1 day to take the tower crane down. Southern side. Hopefully they do something to make that parking garage entrance better looking. Eastern side.

There are no leases signed yet, but interested renters include working professionals who want a downtown lifestyle or have a second home in the heart of the city, Yonan said A grand opening and first move-ins are expected in February 2017. The project, which began construction in summer of 2015, is on track to be finished in September 2017.

Brooklyn173
As someone looking to buy and move to Houston, I wonder why quality places like this are only residential. I think this would make a great condo for those with longer housing horizons.

Too much money to be made renting out the apartments until a good return is earned, then flipping to another owner for a nice profit. Popular Post hindesky
I like that they covered the garage with this wood which kind of hides the bare wires. I wonder if this is the pool area on the roof deck?

lockmat
Sorry if this has been asked already, but where is the parking garage? Underground? Seeing it from the north, I can't tell where it is or if it has one.
cspwal
The first three levels are parking garage - there's no underground parking in this one On 8/30/2015 at 1:00 PM, hindesky said: This must not have an underground parking garage.
