Avossos
I agree it is simple and elegant. Id love to see more buildings play with the sky / ornamental tops. Maybe with the added density, developers will want a feature that sticks out...
mfastx
Interesting. I like the top. Not the typical Houston flat roof.
ANTHONYHTOWN
This one belongs in downtown instead of the current amegy building they have but oh well can't have everything downtown

mfastx
On second looks, not a huge fan of how far setback the building is and how suburban it looks. I guess you can't expect much when it's adjacent to a frontage road.
cspwal
Only in Houston could a 24 story building be considered "suburban looking"
Montrose1100
On second looks, not a huge fan of how far setback the building is and how suburban it looks. I guess you can't expect much when it's adjacent to a frontage road. It's replacing a big box store, (as you pointed out), on a frontage road. I'm hoping they plant some trees in the green space. Triton
Why build the parking garage? 610 is getting so bad, they can basically park their cars there and come back to them after work!
jackie21love
This makes 610 more and more like 85 across midtown atlanta.
