I sure hope they don't. This land is a prime location, with The RO going up the next couple years and the proximity to Greenway and Kirby, it's going to be close to everything.

HCAD mentions Sunrise of River Oaks as the legal description. Not sure if that's the previous St. Luke's deal. 

 

Sounds like an apartment building - same developers as sunrise montrose?

Any news about this property? Will it become for sale?

I believe this parcel used to belong to Kenneth Schnitzer, the developer of Greenway Plaza. He built his mansion here.

Yes, that was where Kenneth Schnitzer had his "abode". I think he had a tennis court also.

Now that the Alabama project is finished, it'll be interesting to see what happens to it. Nice corner! But there's a fair amount of land available in that immediate area.
