This is the site that was for sale bounded by Bass/Bonner/Spencer/Koehler. There is already a hole in the ground and utility work. They did not have a press release prepared yet but expected it this month (have yet to see one). They also own the multifamily building across from Walmart between Yale and Heights, north of the tracks.
