db650
Those views to the south look completely blocked by SkyHouse. Has anyone been up there? It's hard to believe people would spend such large amounts of money to look into a neighbor's apartment.
cloud713
Huh? SkyHouse is to the north.. I wonder how far apart they are? Arabella looks really close to SkyHouse.
db650
Oops. Meant to the North. The buildings are very close. Arabella is also close but at least will be taller for the higher floors.

Highrise Tower
What's the deal with the land next door to this? This is across from the Gables new site on Westcreek.
LBC2HTX
At one point it was reported to be for a proposed luxury hotel (not the Equinox Hotel going in Phase 2 of ROD).

With the Equinox Hotel going in at ROD, should this start soon to be competitive? Another hotel option on Westcreek. Leaving the land as green space would be nice. Might be a weird placement for greenery though.
Highrise Tower
I like this building. I think it's elegant. A picture I took today.
astrohip
I've always liked that building. We took a hard look at it when we decided to go condo in 2018. Nice bldg, nice units, even had small (very small) windows that opened, which is rare in a hi-rise condo. Ultimately, we decided we didn't like the location, plus the limited parking situation.
