editor
Diverseworks has been at that location for a long long time. They're actually one of the leading arts organizations in the city and responsible for helping put together some major events that draw people from around the country like Photofest. MontroseNeighborhoodCafe
Diverseworks first location was located in Market Square. There was once a really cool bookstore located on the current property. Unfortunately, it closed several years ago. When I was a student at the University of Houston-Downtown I would walk to the bookstore after my classes had finished.
