hindesky
This is moving way faster than I thought but some dynamite would take it down in seconds.
Highrise Tower
What's the plan for this property after all? The 21 acres is being split up and marketed differently right? Transwestern is doing the Medical Office Building, the two-story 8000 Greenbriar Drive. The TMC:3 development will use this land somehow? Believe it will be parking? For the replacement of the big information building, rumors were either a hotel, multifamily, or a garage.

Highrise Tower
This is wild. Driving down the road makes you see only half a building.
hindesky
It appeared they were doing repairs on the crawler crane but excavators were loading out trucks.
Highrise Tower
Transwestern is leasing the building at the back of the property. Looks like a 2nd garage, or warehouse office? 52,000 SF.

Ross
That was a pretty stout building. The ExxonMobil campus on Dacoma had a building or two that were brutalist in design, but nowhere near this hard to demolish, as they were much smaller.

Highrise Tower
Spoke to somebody at Amistad Group today. He said the demolished area will become a surface parking lot. The developer hasn't finalized major plans yet. Walked over to one of the gates and noticed a TMC touchscreen. I asked the person and he said it's TMC's contract parking. This would support what McKeon said about the parking situation for TMC|3
