IntheKnowHouston
There is a proposed Class 2 subdivision replat (C2R) for the site of Midtown Collection. The subdivision plat is named Midtown Smith Retail. It was submitted to the city's planning department yesterday. The plat consists of the 2101 Smith St and 2106 Louisiana St parcels. According to the information submitted, developers the plat's purpose is to create one unrestricted reserve "A". The reserve size is 0.72 acres. I'm not certain if this will be appear on the the city's next planning commission agenda or not. 2
