TJones
Very nice house, but $60,000 over market value. It is also not in the most desirable of areas. I don't think so. I could see it, if it were just south of I-10, or a little further west.
Lowbrow
I have a friend that lives in that neighborhood and I like it alot. Granted the apartments and businesses right along there on Gessner lack appeal. ;P
Willowisp
Yes, I ooh and ahh over the exterior of houses like this, fully knowing that if I were to go inside I would be supremely disappointed by all of the updates. There's no going back. I really do want a time machine though.I noticed the vanity as being similar to the one in our Jenkins House, but I'm sure that a lot of 50's/60's houses had little built in vanities like this, so who knows. Also, I see this kind of clestory window set up a lot in Westbury if that helps.JasonDoesn't quite look like it but, good Lord, what have they done to the interior of that house?
