It's going to be permanently closed. I posted a topic about it in the Heights section. Permit says closing and adding a traffic light at the intersection of Silver and Washington Ave.

Looking around the newly rebuilt 2100 Memorial, a 197-unit apartment complex that had its grand opening Thursday morning, memories returned.
