Dakota79
It's actually nice to have residential buildings with floor to ceiling glass. The Warwick Tower has a stupid beam that when you are sitting down you can't see the view. The architect that designed that should have to sit there in a time out for a week or so and beg for forgiveness. Moveoverthere->
Well, that's Philip Johnson for you. Swamplot says this building is three times the size of the previous design, in part because the developer was able to buy the house next door. I didn't see the article on Swamplot, but I just saw men putting a new roof on the building next door. (The building next door facing Montrose). Maybe they meant the building in the back, but it doesn't seem to be sold either.

hindesky
What makes it look like its on hold?Just by how the fence was built, so far it only fronts Montrose. I hope I'm wrong. But it wouldn't be the first time it got cancelled/postponed.

Montrose1100
I'm not a fan of the tub in the shower concept. Seems odd, as if they didn't have enough space to fit everything. And at that point, why enclose the shower and tub in a huge glass box? It would make more sense to get rid of the glass and just have as is.
