hindesky
Hopefully they have a rooftop patio so the tenants can enjoy the outdoor concerts at White Oak Music Hall.
hindesky
Tower crane is going up. I met the tower crane operator who will be operating it. He was the tower crane operator at the Allen project on the taller of the two cranes.

hindesky
Too foggy to fly very high. Looking south at downtown from N. Main at Fulton St. White Oak Mixed Use tower crane. Edited January 2, 2023 by hindesky
hindesky
The whole jib from the turntable up is being replaced with a slightly smaller one. The one they take off will be used at the Hanover Autry Park 40 story building because it has more capacity than any others Heede Crane has in the Houston area.

hindesky
Since they swapped out booms on the crane it can't reach the whole site. Old boom will be installed at the Hanover Autry Park 40 story building since it has more capacity and reach.

hindesky
My guess is that they had all the surplus dirt was sitting in one pile and a rain event water logged it and it slid down the hill in to Little White Oak Bayou. What I wonder if their SWPPP contractor will report them and will they be fined by anyone? Next time I see the SWPPP guy I will ask him if this is his project or not. I see him all the time at his sites. I saw him last week at the Residences On Westheimer project. He works exclusively inside the loop for Eco Services.
