Texasota
I assume it's this: https://www.virtualbx.com/construction-preview/fort-bend-houston-edison-performing-arts-center-to-break-ground-spring-2021/ This is definitely an improvement, but we've gotta stop using mixed-use for every project that has multiple uses when those uses are clearly segregated. The housing here is 90s garden-style apartments with separate parking on essentially a separate lot. Now, they're not showing the site plan for the Performing Arts Center portion, so maybe that will be better, but the "lofts" are the epitome of late 20th century single-use thinking. Happily the site has been updated with a new interior rendering.
