It says it will be open 24 hours, it has a restaurant (counter with food?) and restrooms (!!) Very bright and clean (obviously clean since they literally just opened) ... looks like they will be adding a food service area inside at some point. Initially, liquor store Dandy's Liquor was leasing the space for a new outpost.
