Driving by I noticed the Chase Bank branch at 3403 Richmond Ave is now closed. This is across the street from 3737 Buffalo Speedway.

This is prime real estate! That stretch of Buffalo Speedway could really kick off. The RO, Senterra Richmond, and now this 2-acres.

The Loopnet listing has been pulled. Can't find it on CBRE's website either.  This has been sold?
