CultureMap has details on Perseid's design.

Perseid is the latest dining concept from Bludorn Hospitality. It's opening in Bunkhouse's Hotel Saint Augustine at 4110 Loretto Dr.

From CultureMap's article linked above:

Post Company, a New York and Wyoming-based design firm, is designing the restaurant in collaboration with Bunkhouse. Details will include “ombre dipped wall treatments” and “hand painted textural abstract murals,” according to press materials.

@hindesky Most of the renderings uploaded to Hotel Saint Augustine's website have been posted here and were uploaded to the hotel's site last year. The only new additions are the restaurant renderings quoted above.

Sometime between mid-August and now, Bunkhouse Group included a separate location page for Hotel Saint Augustine. There is also a property page for the hotel.

The website has still yet to launch.

Hotel Saint Augustine is slated to open next year at 4110 Loretto Dr.

From the property page:

Hotel Saint Augustine is a new hotel in the Museum District of Houston. Located in the heart of the Montrose neighborhood, the hotel is spread across five small buildings and 71 rooms, plus an all-day restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a lobby bar, and intimate event space.

The hotel will feature a selection of rooms available at a rate accessible to artists, allowing guests to absorb the winding pathways and outdoor spaces integrated around the tree canopy from landscape architects Ten Eyck. The hotel’s all-day restaurant will transform into a fine-dining destination in the evenings, while an intimate reel-to-reel listening room provides a chance to experience sound in a more deliberate way.

Seventy one rooms and suites are distributed across five small, two-story buildings connected by open-air bridges and porches designed to blend seamlessly into the neighborhood’s residential character. Hotel Saint Augustine features four lushly landscaped courtyards and winding outdoor pathways amid mature heritage oaks.

From their webpage: The hotel will feature a selection of rooms available at a rate accessible to artists

Lemme see if I can fix that for them: The hotel will feature a selection of rooms available at a rate accessible to a minuscule percentage of artists.

For those in the industry is this a good thing for Bunkhouse hotels?
