tigereye Posted October 13, 2022 Share Posted October 13, 2022 This is confusing as that building already had renovations recently completed. I pass by it every day. The ground floor is ready for build out wherever it’s leased. Has a nice center court view you can see from the street. As posted above, an architectural barriers project filing was registered in 2022 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Permitting was approved at the end of 2023.
